To us, 2019 is a meaningful milestone as it marks our ten years of growth and success.
In the beginning year, 2008, a Swiss Software Development and Testing company decided to settle down in Viet Nam. One year later, Axon Active opened the first offshore outsourcing center in Ho Chi Minh city. Not long after that, in 2011, the second office was opened in Da Nang.
From this point in time, we began to bring and share Scrum/Agile to the community by teaching the concept at universities and holding Scrum Breakfast events. We reached remarkable achievements for corporations and local IT communities. From the first idea of an internal event – Developer Day in 2014, we promoted it to be the most IT inspiring non-profit annual event – DevDay Da Nang since 2015. It has been a positive effect on Vietnam IT communities.
We were proud that we stepped further and made our journey much more amazing every year. In late 2015, for the first time, we had extended our offshore outsourcing services to American, Australian & Asian markets. Then, we continued to become the pioneer IT company in Can Tho in 2017. Not only did we create career opportunities for software engineers, but also got the long vision to support local technology industry development in Mekong Delta. Looking back, although there have been many changes and difficulties, we still consistently stay true to our philosophy “We do what we say, we say what we do”.

We never stop trying to encourage and inspire our people, such as organizing various team-building activities, knowledge sharing, internal class and training sessions or putting on our Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang office a new cool appearance a few months ago.
Just a decade of operating with our core values, improving our working standards and environment to be more effective and professional, we have grown 5 branches in Vietnam, America and Switzerland with around 600 developers in 70+ teams. Together, we grow and succeed with our clients, with our people and in the spirit of AXON AWESOME!
