Scrum is a framework for Agile product development. In this course you will learn how to use Scrum framework in an Agile project and how to work as a Scrum Master and Scrum team member. Throughout the practical exercises and discussions will be applied in order to increase the learning.
Participants will learn about Scrum Framework, Scrum roles, artifacts and meetings such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum, burndown charts and Retrospective as well as the challenges in implementing Scrum, including the required discipline and hard work.

Agenda

Arne Åhlander
Arne Åhlander, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), has trained thousand of developers and managers in software best practices. In addition to being a CST, Arne is a veteran consultant and business developer in the Scandinavian IT industry. He brings with him extensive experience from working in management teams, and has a track record of combining people, processes and products to successfully build and execute long term strategies.
Sebastian Sussmann
Sebastian Sussmann, CIO at Axon Active Vietnam. He has numerous years of experience in offshore IT and software development. He has worked as all scrum roles in local and distributed teams such as developer, scrum master and product owner.
Sebastian has proved skills in building and coaching both on-site and distributed scrum and agile teams in Europe and Vietnam. He also hosts multiple scrum course for students at various universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho. Besides, he is also co-founder of Scrum Breakfast Da Nang & Ho Chi Minh City and frequent speaker at Global Scrum Gathering and Agile Tour, Scrum Gathering in Vietnam.
