No deck, no sales script. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you. If we are, we move to contract discussion and kick off hiring and onboarding.

Most of our larger engagements do. Common pairings: Dedicated Development Team + Specialist Consulting (Product Owner as a Service) — the offshore squad plus a specialist to bridge business and delivery; AI Product Development + Data Engineering — AI features need clean, accessible data; DevOps & Cloud Services + Dedicated Team — engineering capacity plus the cloud expertise to operate what gets built; Training, Coaching & Enablement + Dedicated Team — helping internal teams adopt the practices the offshore squad already uses. Every engagement runs under one contract and one delivery lead, so there’s no procurement maze. If a combination doesn’t fit your situation, we’ll suggest a phased approach.

Most services use a monthly per-engineer or per-specialist rate that includes everything operational — recruiting, HR, office, equipment, training, internal mentoring, and team coordination. There are no setup fees and no exit fees. What’s not included: third-party licenses specific to your product, and on-site travel costs.

We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management — the standard financial services and healthcare industries treat as a baseline. We’re also certified to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and operate to GDPR and Swiss FADP standards in all client engagements involving personal data. For specific industry compliance frameworks (FINMA for Swiss financial services, IEC 62304 for medical software, and similar), we work alongside your compliance team to meet the requirements — we don’t claim certifications we don’t hold. Certificates and audit reports are available under NDA during the discovery phase.

Compliance isn’t a checkbox at the end of the engagement — it’s baked into how teams are set up. GDPR / FADP: data flows are mapped during discovery, personal data classification is part of every system design, and our delivery teams in Vietnam work only with pseudonymized or anonymized test data when production data residency rules apply. EU AI Act: for AI features, we classify system risk level (minimal / limited / high) early, design the documentation trail (model cards, training data lineage, eval datasets) required for high-risk systems, and integrate human-in-the-loop where the Act requires it. We work with your DPO and compliance team — not around them. Industry-specific frameworks (FINMA, IEC 62304, HIPAA) are handled alongside your domain experts.

Our delivery teams are in Vietnam (Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Thu Duc, Can Tho), with onsite specialists embedded at client sites. For EU clients, there’s a 4-hour daily overlap between CET afternoon and Vietnamese morning-to-midday — that’s when standups, planning, and live discussions happen. For clients in other regions (US, APAC, Middle East), we adjust the team’s working hours to maintain at least 1-2 hours of live overlap with your business day. Outside the overlap window, work is async. Working language is English, over your Slack or Teams.
